This company needs to work on their professional communication. On their website they advertise party buses with having strobe lights, dance poles, smoke machines etc. I enquired about hiring one for my birthday, they messaged me off WhatsApp said it would be cash on the day and the bus is ready. I asked for an official email as confirmation and I got the most unprofessional, basic message from a random (not related to the company) email address. On the day of my birthday I show up with 19 of my girlfriends and there’s a literal senior citizens bus waiting ready to take us on a day trip. I was devastated, I called the guy I was WhatsApp messaging and he said you didn’t clarify what party bus you wanted. On the website under party buses they only describe one version which is why I expected a decked out bus. Unsure how a party bus can be a small white bus with seats, where we were all asked to stay seated the whole time and that’s it. They say cheap prices and that’s accurate but expect to be given CHEAP. It’s not worth it at all. If it’s for a special day, do not rely on these people.

Booked bus late Friday due to train work, Tony had a bus collect us from our pick up, the driver arrived early, which meant no hanging around. Again, our afternoon pick up was without delays. Great service at a great price, will definitely be using Cheap Bus Hire again!
